RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Order Processing & Shipping Timeframe
The production and delivery timeline for all GERGOV jewelry orders ranges between 15 to 30 business days, depending on the model. Once your order has been confirmed and entered into production, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded under any circumstances.

GERGOV INTERNATIONAL Inc. (DBA GERGOV) reserves the right, without prior notice, to refuse, cancel, or suspend any order at our sole discretion — for reasons including but not limited to suspected fraud, inventory errors, pricing inaccuracies, or breach of these Terms.

We take pride in the quality of our jewelry. You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date as determined by the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier. To be eligible:
- The item must be in its original, unworn condition.
- The item must not be damaged, altered, or show signs of wear.
- It must include the original packaging, certificates, and documentation.

To initiate a return, contact us at gergov@gergovinternational.com with your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items:
- GERGOV MONARQUE models (Yellow and White Gold) are custom-made per client, each assigned a unique serial number. As such, sales are final and these pieces are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
- Any custom, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry.
- Products with removed or damaged security seals or tamper-evident packaging.

- Final Sale Items
All products marked as Final Sale are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, made-to-order items, personalized jewelry, and exclusive limited releases. By completing your purchase of a Final Sale item, you acknowledge and agree that the item is sold as-is and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances, except in cases of damage or defect upon delivery, as required by applicable law.

If a return is approved, a refund or exchange will be processed once the item is inspected and confirmed to meet our return conditions. A restocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price will apply to all approved returns. The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is inspected and approved.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or sent in error.

WARRANTY POLICY

All GERGOV jewelry is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

To be eligible for warranty service:
- The jewelry must be in its complete original form.
- It must not have missing or replaced parts.
- The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
- Any damage from impact, improper care, or exposure to chemicals voids the warranty.

Customers located outside the United States are responsible for the full cost of return shipping for warranty repair services.

Before shipping an item under warranty, customers must contact us at gergov@gergovinternational.com and provide detailed images of the issue along with a description. This allows us to determine whether the issue falls under the warranty or is the result of external damage.

Nevertheless, we are committed to supporting our customers. If the product is damaged and the warranty is void, we offer repair services at a discounted rate whenever possible, provided proof of purchase and inspection.

BOOK & DIAMOND PRE-ORDER POLICY

1. BOOK DETAILS & PERSONALIZATION
Each book is custom-personalized with the name provided by the customer during the order process. It will include a handwritten dedication and signature by the author, Georgi Gergov. Design elements may vary depending on language and publishing specifications. Personalized books are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.

2. LAB-GROWN DIAMOND DETAILS
Each pre-order includes one lab-grown diamond (~0.50 carats). Actual carat weight may vary between 0.30 and 0.50 carats. Diamond characteristics (color, clarity, cut, polish, symmetry, shape) vary by availability. Diamonds cannot be previewed or selected individually.

3. DELIVERY & PRE-ORDER TERMS
This offer is a pre-order, expected to ship by January 2026. If not shipped by January 31, 2026, customers may request a full refund within 30 days. Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged and must be sealed in original packaging. Items are not sold separately.

4. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By placing a pre-order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.The book and the diamond are sold exclusively as a set and cannot be purchased or separated individually. They are packaged and delivered as one product.
